22 Jun 2008Have there been times when you’ve thought to do something but just don’t get around to it?
To learn, to make, to create, to change, to write, to paint, to see, to say or whatever it is.
It may not be possible to do all things but it is possible to select what you prefer right now then begin to place mind and energy into that.
I’m sure there have been times when you’ve made things happen for yourself.
Remember back.
It doesn’t matter how big or small, the fact it happened means you drew upon great inner strengths; strengths available to call upon again.
Make a conscious choice, set your inner abilities and effort to work again; resurrect qualities lying dormant such as courage, will, patience, focus, precision, perseverance, stamina, clarity, sacrifice.
Remember as with training muscles, the more regularly used the easier it becomes.
Rather than talking about difficulties, problems, woes in life or the world, find that ‘something’ to go for.
In this, you experience and that means living.
Your view on life and the world may appear to change.
If you’ve always relied on experiencing through costly pleasure seeking activities, just a word; there are ways to seek enjoyment and fulfilment from simple not financially taxing things.
Find them. Try them. Find within you a way.
You can live life experiencing rather than existing with a head consumed by resistance and a body rigid through inactivity.
